Appeal Court orders CCT to suspend trial of CJN Onnoghen

The Court of Appeal on Thursday ordered the Code of Conduct Tribunal to suspend the trial of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen.

A three-man panel led by justice Abdul Aboki made the order pending the ruling on a suit filed by Onnoghen.
The ruling has been reserved until the 30th day of Jan 2019
