Human Right lawyer, Omirhobo drags Buhari, others to court
A human right lawyer Malcolm Omirhobo has dragged the federal government to court over allegations of human right abuses of citizens.
Omirhobo wants an order of the court to enforce the fundamental human right of Nigerian citizens by ensuring that all aspects of the constitution that limits citizens from enjoying the potentials of the country are amended.
Amongst the respondent in the suit brought by Omirhobo includes Nigeria’s president Muhammadu Buhari, the Senate and House of Representatives members, and the houses of assemblies of the 36 states amongst others.
Omirhobo believes these respondents have cases to answer in the current issues of concern that has raised a lot of debates in the country.
Omirhobo expects supports and alignment from patriotic stakeholders who share the same vision with him
