The body of the missing Army General, Retired Major General Idris Alkali has been found.

According to a report by Channels Television, his remains were discovered by the military in Guchwet in Shen of Jos South LGA of Plateau State, Wednesday, 31 October 2018.

Recall his car was discovered three weeks ago in a pond in Dura Du Jos. He was last heard from 3 September while on a journey to Bauchi from Abuja.

A parade will be held in honour of the retired officer.
