Nigeria to save N120bn from Civil Service Reforms
Nigerian government has approved the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Work Plan for 2017-2020, which dovetails into the administration’s Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP).
According to the Head of the Civil Service, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita,who also brief Journalists after the meeting, “The new work plan intends to re-energise and modernise the federal civil service for better performance.”
The Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan for the transformation of the nation’s bureaucracy approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday will save the country about N120 billion within the next four years.
