The Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, told Corp members who were deployed to Borno but are undergoing their orientation camp in Bauchi that  despite the insurgency that has ravaged the State capital, Maiduguri, the state is safer than Lagos, Abuja and most state capitals in the country.
