The Senate has begun probe of the power sector under the administrations of three former presidents, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, the late Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar’Adua and Dr. Goodluck Jonathan. Essentially, the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly is seeking explanation for releases and expenditures made from May 29, 1999 to date.
